Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Energy Pavel Zavalny will make a presentation at the plenary session “Personnel management in terms of increased risks in the world energy” within the IV International Energy HR-Congress “Developing the human resources potential as a tool for increasing the global competitiveness of the Russian energy industry”.
The Second International Conference “Risk Management in Energy – 2019” (the Conference) was held in the Intercontinental Istanbul Hotel, Istanbul (Turkey) with participation of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC). The Conference was organized by the Russian Institute for Energy and Finance in cooperation with the Regional (Turkey) working group of the British Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
Given a possibility of imposing additional sanctions against Russia by the European Union, the Russian side jointly with the Secretariat of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) is currently discussing an issue of transferring the Conference’s venue from Sofia (Bulgaria, EU member) to Istanbul (Turkey).
The organizers will inform on the BSEC Secretariat’s decision regarding the venue of the Conference as soon as possible.
