The IV International Energy HR-Congress "Developing the personnel potential as a tool for increasing global competitiveness of Russian energy» organized by the Institute for Energy and Finance was held with the support of the Russian Ministry of Energy in Moscow at the Analytical center under the Government of the Russian Federation on November 21, 2019.
Phenomenal progress in the development and proliferation of energy efficient technologies, an economic breakthrough in renewable energy production (solar, wind, geothermal, etc.), and changes to behavioural patterns in energy consumption have led to a sharp slowdown in the growth of energy demand across much of the world and a rapid diversification of energy sources in favour of a transition to a low-carbon economy.
Chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation Arkady Dvorkovich will take part in the plenary session “Personnel management in terms of increased risks in the world energy” within the IV International Energy HR-Congress “Developing the human resources potential as a tool for increasing the global competitiveness of the Russian energy industry”.

The Second International Conference “Risk Management in Energy – 2019” (the Conference) was held in the Intercontinental Istanbul Hotel, Istanbul (Turkey) with participation of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC). The Conference was organized by the Russian Institute for Energy and Finance in cooperation with the Regional (Turkey) working group of the British Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
