Nigeria's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus Steve Davies Ugbah addressed the Forum delegates with a welcoming speech.

The deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Energy made a key report “Stimulating oil production in traditional production regions” at the plenary session “Interregional integration processes and Russia’s role in ensuring the sustainable development of global energy”.

The plenary session, moderated by the President of the Institute for Energy and Finance, Advisor to the CEO of Rosneft Vladimir Feigin, also was attended by the speakers President, Saint-Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange Alexey Rybnikov, Director of the Energy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEU) Leonid Shenets, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Uzneftegazdobycha Alimakhmud Karimov, Head of the Center for Ecology and Development of the Institute of Europe of the  Russian Academy of Science Sergey Roginko and VYMPEL’s General Director Gleb Derevyagin.
